VIP Hospitality in the Lisbon Lounge

VIP Hospitality is hosted in a beautiful outdoor vintage wooden Pavillion. The Lisbon Lounge is an exclusive and truly unique experience, Feria style delivered with class, luxury and prestige throughout, with all inclusive food day and night, all prepared by an outstanding line up of chefs.

You'll be wining and dining the Iberian way with our stars, judges, guests and dignitaries. Extremely limited tickets for the general public available for all Espectáculos.

Festival Features

Hospitality includes a central front row seat for the evening and daytime events in the arena. The lounge is "En la Ronda" with a sand arena being built around the perimeter, so horses will be traversing around the lounge. Mesmerising live performances and art will take place through the day - Fado, Flamenco, live music, painting by the famous artist Lisa Lorca, Latin lounge DJs and more.

Festival Food

Traditional breakfast will be available until 11am to include barista coffee, Churros and Pastel de Nata. Drinks, bread, olives and savoury platters available all day from 11am.

The Festival Feast will be served at 445pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and at 12pm on the Sunday Matinee. Curated by our panel of renowned chefs, this is an authentic, Iberian gourmet experience to treasure forever.

Your Festival Chefs

Full biographies and interviews with the chefs will be available soon, but you'll be enjoying a sumptuous array of dishes and flavours prepared by;

Timothy Kendall, a South West culinary superstar, Tim has twice been the winner of the South West Chef of the Year, and is Chef Patron of the Rising Sun Altarnun and the Barley Sheaf at Gorran. Over the years, he has developed his craft with Rick Stein, and Michel Roux Junior at the 2 Michelin starred Le Gavroche amongst others.

Stephane Delourme spent 21 years as head chef in Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, and an additional four years in a Group Chef role. Now focused on new adventures, private dining and exceptional events, Stephane has a deep understanding of what it takes to make a dining experience unforgettable.

Jose Sol - The Spanish Ham Master since arriving in the UK in 2010, Jose has conveyed Spanish culture through serving the famous Jamón Ibérico. Jose says "ENJOY THE JAMÓN, LIVE THE JAMÓN. For me, this phrase signifies joy, moments of delight, and a passion for the good times we have. Iberian ham is a meeting point, a moment of satisfaction that each one can experience in their own way, from the solitude of meditation to the most significant celebration with friends. Iberian ham is unique, and that's why it will always make us live unique moments".

Jorge - no Festival Feast would be complete without the Paella, and this element will be served by the amazing La Levantina team, Jorge's family have been serving authentic paella since the 1920s owning many restaraunts in Levante and Madrid.

Festival VIP Drinks

The Feast will begin with Cava from Shaws Iberian, there's Limited Edition spirits from GandTea and extensive wine and sherry pairings throughout.

You can even return to the Lounge after the Espectáculo for the after show party! The horses come out to meet the crowds and you'll have the best view of these meet and greets plus the lit up and festooned Plaza, the fire throwers and post show entertainment.
